Use leftover roast beef or good deli beef.

Method

  1. Cook the onion in the butter for 10 minutes. Add the stock and Worcestershire sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Warm the beef in the broth.
  3. Split and toast the rolls. Fill with beef and cheese and grill until melted.
  4. Serve with bowls of broth for dipping.
