Method
- Toss the beef with the soy sauce and cornflour.
- Stir-fry the beef in a very hot wok with 1 tbsp oil for 2 minutes. Remove.
- Stir-fry the onion and pepper in the rest of the oil for 3 minutes. Add the garlic.
- Add the black bean sauce and stock and bubble for 1 minute. Return the beef and toss.
