Method

  1. Mix the hoisin, honey, soy, ketchup, five-spice and garlic. Coat the ribs and marinate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Heat the oven to 160°C / 140°C fan. Put the ribs in a tin, cover with foil and roast for 1 hour.
  3. Uncover, baste and turn the oven up to 200°C / 180°C fan. Roast for 20–30 minutes until sticky.
