Method
- Mix the mince, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning. Shape into 4 oval patties.
- Brown the patties in the oil for 3 minutes each side. Remove.
- Cook the onion and mushrooms for 5 minutes. Stir in the flour, then the stock and mustard.
- Return the patties and simmer for 15 minutes until cooked through and the gravy is thick.
